Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment time, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us time to fill that spot with another appointment! If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours before your appointment, a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service will be charged and must be paid by invoice within 24 hours. We understand emergencies happen and last-minute things come up - the cancellation fee will be waived in these events on a case-by-case basis!

After three consecutive cancellations, you will no longer be able to book future treatments at Skin Love.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

A no-call / no-show to your appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of the service booked and must be paid by invoice within 24 hours. In the event of a no-call / no-show, we may not allow you to book future appointments or you may be asked to keep your card on file and pay for future services in advance.

Late Policy

If you are going to be a few minutes late to your treatment time, please communicate with us! If you are 10 minutes late or more, your appointment must be cancelled - we will not have the time necessary to offer you a quality treatment + we need to honor our appointment times for the rest of the day as well. You will be charged for 100% of the cost of the service and asked to pay by invoice within 24 hours. We understand unexpected events may happen while on the road, so this fee will be waived on a case-by-case basis.

In the event of repeated late arrival to your appointments, you will no longer be able to book future treatment times at Skin Love.

In Store + Online Product Return Policy

Except in the event of a defective product or adverse/allergic reaction to a purchased product, products will not be refunded or exchanged. To receive a refund, product must be at least 3/4 full and be within 30 days of purchase date.

For in-store purchases : samples are always offered before committing to product purchases in order to test compatibility with your skin!

*When switching to professional-grade products, “purging” is always a possibility due to a variety of factors regarding the user’s skin health prior to beginning new product use. For some, purging may last several months as the skin adjusts to the new products and active ingredients. Previous congestion is moved out of the skin’s follicles, and depending on the product - cellular turnover is being increased. Purging does end when the skin reaches a regulated state and is brought to a higher level of health. We are open with clients and educate as much as possible regarding the purging process. Purging from products is not a basis for product refunds.
